While Garry was in Myrtle Beach looking for "birdies", I went to MD to visit Kelly and we had a great weekend. We drove into DC to the Cherry Blossom Festival at the Tidal Basin which began on Saturday and they were also having a Kite Festival. The trees were so pretty and the kites were awesome. We drove to Georgetown for dinner and ate at a wonderful Italian restaurant called "The Paper Moon".
