Garry's Dad is a member of the Bellville Lions Club and he was working at the food stand. Uncle Wil from CA was visiting. The bell commemorates the bi-centennial of Bellville http://www.bellvilleohio.net/history.htm. We stood in the middle of the street, at the fair, under this traffic light for about three hours. Garry met tons of people he hadn't seen in 20 years.
They called them the "Unholy Seven". To this day, they don't know where that came from, but they sure did have a lot of fun growing up together through high school. A graduation photo exists with them standing in this same lineup donned in their caps and gowns.
